Bookings:
After written confirmation, we commit to carry out the ordered booking.
When making a booking through one of our various channels, a scheduling conflict is sometimes possible. In case we cannot fulfil the ordered booking, we will contact you within 7 days and discuss rescheduling the tour to another time or date. In case rescheduling is not possible for both parties, we will cancel and fully reimburse any payments.
All payments must be done before the start of the tour. Payments can be done via bank transfer, paypal, or in cash at the start of the tour. The payment method will be discussed at the time of the booking.
The tours:
The guide is not responsible for any injuries of the client or damages of the client’s property sustained during the tour.
Clients are expected to know and follow any regulations, laws, and rules of traffic during the tour. The guide is not responsible in the case of a violation.
Tours generally take place in normal weather conditions. Belgian weather includes rain, snow and/or heavy winds. In case of extreme weather, an alternative or rescheduling will be discussed and the decision is up to the good judgement of the guide.
Cancellation or changes by customer:
Changes to the date or time can be requested up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Cancellations 30 days before the start of the tour: full refund.
Cancellations less than 30 days before the start of the tour: 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days before the start of the tour: no refund.

Cancellation or changes by Ghenthusiast
In case of force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions, illness of the guide or unforeseen circumstances, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.
In such cases, any payments already made will be fully refunded, or a new date will be scheduled in consultation with the customer.
We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
Only the Belgian law is applicable. In case of dispute only the courts of Ghent have jurisdiction.
